Our property management fee structure is as easy as 1-2-3. While our basic property management services cover almost everything to do with your rental, we also offer additional services and protection for your peace of mind
Eviction Cost Coverage
$20
per month
For an addition $20/month, we will cover any and all court and attorney fees incurred by an eviction. Besides paying for all legal fees, we also help coordinate the eviction process for you. Legal postings, court appearances, and tenant communications are all handled by our office.
Property Management
Our property management services are offered for only 8% a month.
Placement Fees are 50% of first months rent.

per month
For an additional $30/month, we have our agents inspect your property every six months. Our agents check for any repairs that may have gone unreported and assess the overall condition of the home. You receive a detailed report after each inspection and photos of any noted issues.
