You must have seen the property first hand prior to applying.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-themeisle-blocks-accordion-item\"><summary class=\"wp-block-themeisle-blocks-accordion-item__title\"><div>Q: Can you hold a property for me while I apply?<\/div><\/summary><div class=\"wp-block-themeisle-blocks-accordion-item__content\">\n<p>A: No, our properties stay on market until we have a signed lease and all the required funds have been paid. Furthermore, if you do not sign the lease and pay the required fees within 48 hours, your application will be denied.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-themeisle-blocks-accordion-item\"><summary class=\"wp-block-themeisle-blocks-accordion-item__title\"><div>Q: I see a security deposit is required, what is a security deposit?<\/div><\/summary><div class=\"wp-block-themeisle-blocks-accordion-item__content\">\n<p>A: The security deposit \/ move in returnable fee. The total security amount is set at one months rent. This initial payment is refundable. Assuming the unit is in good condition upon a resident moving out, nothing further is owed. If there are damages, it would be up to Zion Property Management and the resident to settle up on the remaining balance of the security deposit.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Approval and Move in Process<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"wp-block-themeisle-blocks-accordion-f5a7b1c2\" class=\"wp-block-themeisle-blocks-accordion exclusive no-gap  is-style-default\">\n<details class=\"wp-block-themeisle-blocks-accordion-item\"><summary class=\"wp-block-themeisle-blocks-accordion-item__title\"><div>Q: How long does it take to know if I was approved?<\/div><\/summary><div class=\"wp-block-themeisle-blocks-accordion-item__content\">\n<p>A: Applications are processed within 48 hours all receiving the application and all the supporting documents. If anything is missing and needs to be collected, the process will be delayed. If we do need to request any additional information, we will reach out via email and\/or phone call. The security deposit and first months rent, we require a {money order\/cashiers check} are due at signing the lease.
